OTR Health was founded to make high-quality healthcare more accessible for people who face barriers to attending traditional clinic-based appointments, including mobility challenges, transport limitations, and busy schedules.

Our multidisciplinary team provides Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, and Remedial Massage in the comfort of our clients’ homes and communities. By bringing care directly to where it is needed, we support people to improve their health, independence, mobility, and quality of life.

We combine clinical expertise with empathy, respect, and genuine community commitment. Our goal is to deliver accessible, person-centred care that helps every client live healthier, safer, and more independent lives.

Mobile & Community Services

We will support you to the best of our ability and we will walk with you in times of hardship.

Our team can help with case conferences, attending specialist appointments, developing support letters, creating ongoing plans and much more. Anything you need, ask and we will do our best to help.

At all times you will have our undivided attention with 1-1 focused therapy an additional benefit of home visits. You will also have the same therapist each week, we will never change your therapists without consultation with you first. They are part of your support network and we value this.

Compassion

We believe that everyone deserves to live their best life and have access to quality Physiotherapy and healthcare no matter their situation.

We work with as many groups and associations that share similar values to support as many community members as possible.
