Our therapists can help you.

• Physiotherapy – Focused on helping with your mobility, preventing falls and pain management. This may include hands on therapy, strength and balance training as well as gait retraining and endurance.
• Occupational Therapy – Focused on the safety of you in your home, how to optimise your function and stay home safely. Services such as simple and complex home modification recommendations; equipment assessment, trials and recommendations; housing applications and functional assessments.
• Podiatry – Focused on maintaining good foot health. Assessment of blood flow, joint alignment, nail and skin health.​
